Return and Refund Policy
This policy explains when products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, sale or clearance items marked final sale, customised items, altered products, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit, an alternate product, or another suitable resolution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect a returned product, eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the purchase mode and applicable conditions.
