Welcome to Textorium ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of www.textorium.com and our physical store located at Shop No. 376, Laddha Bhawan, M. I. Road, Jaipur - 302001. By accessing our website or making a purchase online or in-store, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Availability
Products shown online or in-store are subject to availability. We may modify, discontinue, limit quantities, or refuse service where necessary. Product images and descriptions are for reference; colours may vary due to lighting and screen settings. Size guidance should be checked before purchase.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. We may accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, eligible cash on delivery orders, and partner-bank EMI options. Payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched.
Orders and Confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we issue an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another accepted channel. We may cancel or refuse orders where products are unavailable, prices are incorrect, suspicious activity is detected, or delivery is not feasible. Eligible refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India where serviceable. Estimated timelines are usually 3-5 business days for metro cities, 4-6 business days for tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and 7-9 business days for remote areas. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, final-sale items, customised items, and altered products are not returnable. Refunds are processed after inspection, usually within 14 business days.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics, product designs, and brand materials, belongs to Textorium or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or communication channels for fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorised activity, including attempts to access systems, post harmful content, or scrape data without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Textorium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
